- We use USPS for ground shipping for all smaller items and UPS for larger items. Furniture is always shipped via freight company and additional fees may be incurred. Second Day and Overnight are available for most items depending on size and market rates will be applied at checkout.

- We want you to be happy with your purchase from C'est la Vie and www.clvcatalog.com. If you receive a shipment and are unhappy with it for any reason within 10 days of receipt of your order just contact us via email at: customerservice@clvcatalog.com and we will send you a Return Authorization # or RA#. Please note that we do not accept returns that are not preauthorized and marked with an RA# on the outside of the package. Once we have received the package, with original packaging and tags, we will credit your account.
For defective product returns we will either credit your account or send you a replacement whichever you prefer. Your purchase is guaranteed for one (1) year from date of purchase.
Custom Designed Products: Please note that custom designed products cannot be returned for any reason other than defects. When custom designing jewelry you may also be required to sign off on the final design sheet.
Heather Moore Jewelry Designs: When designing a custom designed piece of jewelry with Heather Moore we will work closely with you to make sure we have every detail correct.
Prepayment: All custom designs must be paid in full before work will be started on your design.

- Phone Orders:If you are uncomfortable ordering via the web you can call us at 888-643-7467 during business hours and we can take your order over the phone.
- Fax Orders: You can also fax in your order to 425-673-6214 please download our order form hereso that the appropriate fields are filled in.
- Pricing & Promotions
- We guarantee the price of your purchase for 14 days from date of purchase. If we markdown an item you purchased within 14 days of your purchase we will credit your account the difference in pricing.
Promotions - From time to time C'est la Vie and www.clvcatalog.com have events where certain items are discounted in what we call a "Flash Sale" or "Rainy Day Monday Sale". No one, including our staff knows when or what is going to be promoted. These discounts are short term and only available to our newsletter subscribers. In these cases the pricing guarantee is not valid as the price returns to the full price as soon as the event is over.
